Delivery Method and Timing
Upon approval of the credit card transaction, any Evidence Discovery Pack(s) purchased will be created and available immediately through electronic download from this site.
In the event a training or certification course has been purchased, the customer agrees to pay the published prices listed at registration, unless otherwise agreed. Payments will be processed at the time of registration.
Refund Policy
SunBlock Systems does not provide refunds for the purchase of Evidence Discovery Packs (EDPs). EDPs are highly customized programs that are immediately delivered to the customer upon purchase. All EDP sales are final and non-refundable. The only exception to this policy is when a technical error occurs in the purchase or EDP creation process. If you believe you have one of these unique cases, please call customer service.
If you have purchased a training or certification course enrollment, you will be charged the full price listed. No refunds will be made if you do not cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class. Cancellations made by the customer prior to the seven days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund. A one time rescheduling of a class for a future date may be made if requested at least seven calendar days prior. In the event that a training or certification course is cancelled and not rescheduled by SunBlock Systems, a full refund will be made available to the customer.
Privacy Statement
SunBlock Systems will never send your data to any other party except where necessary to complete delivery of our products to you. This means that we may provide to a shipping company the information necessary to ship our products to you. Otherwise, your personal information will remain with us and only with us. We will not sell your information.
What does SunBlock Systems do With the Information We Gather?
The information we learn from our customers helps us customize and improve
our product and improve your shopping experience. Here are the types of
information we gather. Information You Give Us: We receive and store
any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You
can choose not to provide certain information, but that may impede your
ability to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information
that you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests,
customizing future features for you, improving our product, and
communicating with you. The information you give us is treated in one of
two categories: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Personal
Information is generally your name, address and other information required
to properly process your purchase. This information is retained in our
customer database with the exception of credit card and payment information.
Credit card and payment information is retained only for the period of time
required to complete the transaction. Non-Personal Information generally
consists of your drive key and command block configuration. The drive key
contains information about the physical characteristics of the drive and a
digest of the data on the drive. Actual drive data is never included in
the drive key and that data cannot be determined by the digest provided.
Information such as the drive key and command block configuration assists
us in providing competitive pricing and new command blocks for you to purchase.
Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information
whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use
"cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser
accesses our web site.
E-mail Communications: Occasionally SunBlock Systems may send out
e-mails to announce promotions or new capabilities. These e-mails will
always contain simple and accurate instructions on how to opt-out of future
messages.
